Education is the most complex issue of our time. In the past, it was sufficient that some children did well while others trailed behind. Today, every child must be one focus and every child must succeed. By succeeding, we mean that every child must do the best relative to his innate potential. Every child is capable of being a contributive member of a family and a community and therefore already successful. We see the mighty tree in the little sapling and we provide it with the best conditions for its full potential to be realized. For the children of the ever-changing and competitive world, educational ethics should not be based on the old premise of competing with others. The new premise of education must be competing with self!
