ADMISSION TERMS & CONDITIONS (CLASS VI & IX)

1. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Admission to Class VI is open to students who have successfully completed Class V.

Admission to Class IX is open to students who have successfully completed Class VIII.

A Transfer Certificate (TC) and the Report Card/Mark sheet from the previous school are mandatory.

The student’s age must comply with the rules laid down by the Education Department.

2. Admission Process

Admission is granted on the basis of an Entrance Test, subject to seat availability.

The Entrance Test Fee of rupees 500 (non-refundable) must be paid at the time of registration.

Completed application forms should be submitted within the date specified by the school.

3. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

Photocopy of Birth Certificate / Aadhaar Card.

Original Transfer Certificate (TC).

Previous class Report Card/Marksheet.

Five recent passport-size photographs of the student.

Additional documents, if applicable (e.g., Caste Certificate, Medical Certificate, etc.).

4. FEES & PAYMENT

Admission fee, school fee, and hostel fee are to be paid as per the school’s approved fee structure.

All fees once paid are non-refundable.

Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring timely payment of fees.

5. GENERAL RULES

Students must follow the rules, regulations, and code of conduct of the school at all times.

Admission will be canceled immediately if any document or information provided is found to be false.

The decision of the school management regarding admission will be final and binding.
